Another Tasting Collective successful dinner at Little Fish. I've been meaning to go here for some time, and this is where the Tasting Collective let's you have experiences at new and established restaurants around the city.
Little Fish has been a favorite in Queen Village staple for many years and under chef Alexander Yoon it is bringing out some great dishes with an Asian flair. They also offer a great $48 tasting menu on Sundays. I can't wait to visit again.
Fluke Sashimi with preserved ramp soy vinaigrette, black radish, and shiso
Smoked Salmon Belly Toast with "pastrami spice", horseradish crème fraiche, and pickled heart of palm
Roasted Jumbo Skate Wing with lime vinaigrette, roasted brussels sprouts, toasted peanuts, herbs, and chili-shrimp paste

Carnaroli Rice Risotto with braised calamari, peas, squid ink, and aged parmesan
Roasted Persimmon with brown butter, bay leaf, spiced vanilla ice cream, and toasted pine nuts
