How better to spend a Wednesday evening than getting a preview of Philadelphia's
newest pop-up bar located in Rittenhouse (117 S 19th St). Lucky's Charm is the brainchild of the people behind Rouge and Happy Rooster, and is scheduled to open this weekend just in time for St Patrick's Day.
Lucky's Charm will be serving wine, beer, and themed cocktails with names like Shamrock Champs and Lucky Hearts. In addition they will have some light snacks that
will include hot dogs, pretzels, rice treats, and popcorn with a choice of flavoring. They went above and beyond with the decor. The space features a balloon rainbow, Irish forest, lots of green lights, and even a painted unicorn leading you to the pot of gold dance area. For tonight's event, in addition to their regular offerings, we were provided with charcuterie stations along the wall of the back room.
I have enjoyed the seasonal pop-ups that have opened in Philadelphia in the last few years. Lucky's Charm has positioned itself to be another success story. Be sure to stop by before their last day on March 22nd and hopefully we will see them again in the future.
